CDSA works with others to identify needs, secure resources, and deliver services that improve lives.

We operate from the belief that the greatest human service impact can be made by preventing or solving problems in early childhood.
To achieve our mission, we do three things:

• Deliver early childhood training and education
• Promote self-sufficiency
• Facilitate community research and planning
